We were sent to this office because of health issues that our previous orthodontist encountered so we had no knowledge of this practice beforehand. The transition to here was smooth and didn’t put any delay in my son’s care which included teeth that had to be completely turned around. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and my son praised the orthodontists as well!

The Cherry Hill office is great! So far we have had an amazing experience. We also love the cool decor and vibe of the office, makes it stand out rather than it feeling like a cold, white laboratory. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

I must say I was pleased with my decision to go to Batastini Orthodontics. It was the third opinion I had and just felt when I left, it was a fit for my family. From the welcome, professionalism, and how easy it was to get started, was impressive. Everything was explained in complete detail of what all costs would be, what insurance covered, and many different options on how to pay. Michele even worked with us to use our flex card not to have to have monthly payments. Having been to two other offices, I can pool say by far, this office was top notch!

Dr.Batastini and his staff have been absolutely phenomenal since my very first consultation. When I went for my initial consultation I was so embarrassed of my smile, and overwhelmed because I had so much work that needed to be done. Dr.Batastini took the time to answer all of my questions, and assured me he could give me the smile I desired. The office manager Michelle could see I was stressed out about the financial end of the process and assisted me with getting care credit so I could reach my end goal. I am 20 months into my journey of braces and can see the amazing progress I have made with Dr. Batastini’s treatment plan. I am so excited to see the final result. Both my children got braces at the same time...the whole experience was amazing! Great dtrs and staff. Always on top of everything. Accommodation for both kids to come at the same time. On top of and in contact about any billing.
