PHILOSOPHY

As a team, we strive to help individuals and their families improve self-confidence and increase self-esteem through improved dental and physical health. We seek to help individuals become aware of their ability to develop and to carry out good dental health care skills and to care for themselves. We cherish the time we spend together and strive to develop warm, caring relationships as we assist our patients in reaching mutually set goals. It is our team goal to be the best at what we have chosen to do, for it is to this end that we have dedicated ourselves.

We believe that our own continuing education is as important as the education of the patients and the communities in which we practice. Thus, through our commitment to dental excellence, we can derive a true sense of purpose and accomplishment that will make our time spent together meaningful for all.

MISSION

1. Provide and maintain a level of excellence by keeping abreast of the latest and best techniques and developments in orthodontics through continuing education by the doctors and staff.
2. Endeavor to stay on time with your appointments by scheduling appropriately for our mutual benefit and inform you of any delays so that you may adjust your schedule.
3. Maintain open lines of communication by having a member of the staff communicate with the parent at each appointment and also communicate to the family dentist, as necessary, regarding progress.
4. Develop positive attitudes by supporting each other and rewarding good cooperation from the patient.
5. Establish relationships by developing a good rapport and providing positive influences in order to build self-esteem.
